Abstract Submission

Faculty, graduate students, and undergraduate students are invited to present research in either an oral or poster format. The IAS Annual Meeting is especially meaningful for graduate and undergraduate students to present in a friendly professional setting close to home. 

Primary authors receive a discounted fee to attend the IAS Annual Meeting. The Abstract Fee includes registration. Primary authors are billed for the abstract fee after the abstract has been accepted. Secondary authors pay standard registration fees based on their membership status.

Abstract Fees:

  • IAS Professional Member: $55
  • IAS Student Member: $25
  • Non-Member Professional: $135
  • Non-Member Student: $30

Request and Post the Call for Papers Flier

Help promote the IAS Annual Meeting and inform your colleagues and students about the opportunity to present their research at Iowa's general science professional meeting. The Call for Papers is printed on high quality 8 1/2" x 11" paper suitable for posting in academic institutions. To request copies please fill out and submit the form below. We encourage you to ask for multiple copies. The IAS Annual Meeting hosts more than 120 poster and oral research presentations from faculty, graduate, and undergraduate students.
