We are able to accept abstracts until April 2, 2023.

The abstract fee for Primary Authors is their only registration fee. It is a discount from normal registration for presenting at the conference. Secondary authors pay standard registration fees. All fees for professionals are based on your membership status. Students pay reduced fees courtesy of the Iowa Academy of Science.

  • IAS Members: $55

  • IAS Emeritus members: No charge

  • Students: $25

  • Non-Member Professional: $135

Primary authors are billed for the abstract fee after the abstract has been accepted.

We are printing and mailing posters as needed.

The Call for Papers is printed on high quality 8 1/2" x 11" paper suitable for posting in academic institutions. To request copies please fill out and submit the form below. Posters will be mailed to you at the address provided on the form below. We encourage you to request multiple copies and post them in all appropriate places on your campus. We need to have copies posted at every academic institution in Iowa.
