Iowa Junior Academy of Science Judges

Call for Judges

IJAS Science Symposium at the 130th IAS Annual Meeting
April 20 - 21, 2018
Buena Vista University
Storm Lake

Be a judge for the IJAS Oral and Poster Competition. Judges are needed for IJAS middle and high school students who have completed research projects. Judging occurs on Friday morning between 8:30 and 10:45 a.m. Faculty, graduate and undergraduate students are invited to join the judging team. Awards are presented at the IJAS Awards Luncheon at Noon on Friday.

Join us and have a positive impact on Iowa's young scientists by clicking the "Volunteer to be a Judge" button below. You will be contacted by the IAS office with more details.

Volunteering does not commit you to judging - it puts us in contact with you to answer your questions. We hope you will say yes because we believe you will find judging to be a very rewarding experience but we will understand if you decide to decline the opportunity.
